Takashi Kiyama is a former Japanese footballer who played for GAMBA OSAKA,CONSADOLE SAPPORO and MITO HOLLYHOCK as a clever defender.

And he retired as a player in 2002.

After coaching for Tsukuba University and then VISSEL KOBE Youth team, he took his first top team coaching position for his former club MITO HOLLYHOCK in 2008 when he was only 35 years old. He was the youngest manager in Japanese professional football league at that time.

He became a manager for JEF UNITED CHIBA in 2012 after coaching for SHIMIZU S-PULSE as a top team coach, and JEF UNITED CHIBA played a final of J1 Promotion Play-Offs in 2012.

He returned to VISSEL KOBE as a top team coach in 2013.

He managed EHIME FC from 2015 to 2016.

Since 2017 season, he's been managing MONTEDIO YAMAGATA.
