Yuito is a modern forward, equipped with a precise technique and good posture.
He conducts his team’s attacks with adequate decisions in a variety of game settings and a broad scope which earned him the No. 10 jersey from his second year at famous Funabashi Municipal High School. He is an almost almighty attacker gifted with a sense when to challenge 1-on-1 situations and create goal-creating situations.
At the UAE-held 2019 Sport Chain Cup he was called up to the Japanese U18 National Team and scored Japan’s opening goal against Russia, creating a basis for the later win.
In 2020, he joined J1 side Shimizu S-Pulse and immediately managed to become a starter from the 2nd match day of the season, embodying Shimizu’s attacking football with his game-making abilities.
He is one of the Japanese offensive midfielders most expected to appear at the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar and the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
