INTRODUTION
Masayuki Okano entered Nihon University from Matsue Nihon Daigaku high school, and then, dropped out of the university when he was 3rd grade to joining Urawa Reds.
He succeeded by his top-level speed of J.League, and he was named The Best Eleven award of J.League in 1996.
He also succeeded in Japan National Team. He scored the decisive goal that led the Japan National Team to participate in the 1st FIFA World Cup in 1998.
After that, He joined Gainare Tottori in 2009, through Vissel Kobe, HongKong's club.
He made a contribution for promotion to J.League Division 2 in 2010.
In 2014,He retired and became a General Manager of Gainare Tottori.
He is building up the strength of a club now.
