INTRODUTION

Tsuyoshi Otsuki played for Sony Sendai FC and other clubs after graduating from Tsukuba University.After his retirement as a player, he started his career as a coach, and coached at Mito Hollyhock, Omiya Ardija, Urawa Reds and other clubs.
Then he assumed the position of head coach at Vegalta Sendai in 2011. After that he returned to Urawa Reds in 2012, and he won the J Youth Cup and a promotion to Prince Takamado Cup JFA Soccer Premier League as the director and manager at the youth level.
Then he assumed the position of an interim manager of the top team in April 2018. He successfully rebuilt the team and made 6 unbeaten runs before taking over the team to Oswaldo de Oliveira. He has assumed the position of head coach of the team. He took over as coach in May 2019. He revived the team and led the team to the final of the ACL in the same year. In 2022, he became the head coach of Thespakusatsu Gunma.
