We would like to announce that Naoki Maeda returns to Nagoya Grampus.
Naoki’s comment for Nagoya Grampus
"I have decided to return to Nagoya Grampus at this time.
I am extremely delighted to become a part of the Grampus family once again. First and foremost, I truly appreciate everyone involved with Grampus for respecting my feelings over the past year and a half.
Thanks to your support, I have had a very valuable experience at FC Utrecht, and I believe I have grown both as a football player and as a person. Although I couldn't achieve the performance I had envisioned, I am grateful for the tremendous support I received from everyone at FC Utrecht.
Once again, to all the members of the Grampus family, I am Naoki Maeda. I had a desire to play more football in Europe. However, including that desire, I still want to continue growing, and I will put in efforts for that. I will give my all to contribute even a little to Grampus' goal of winning the league.
I am looking forward to meeting all of you at the stadium and personally, I am excited about the chants, which I haven't listened for about three years. Please continue to support Naoki Maeda from now on.”
