INTRODUTION
Genta Miura is an up-and-coming centre back possessing physical strength, speed, great quality in aerial duels and precise ball controlling skill.
He also has strong arms and his long throw-in is one of the best quality in J.League.
He signed with SHIMIZU S-PULSE in 2013 after graduating from Osaka Toin high school.
He made 9 appearances over the course of his first and second seasons, and he was able to get in the starting lineup in the opening match in 2015.
In 2017, Genta moved to GAMBA OSAKA and has worn No.5 and been leading the team as a game captain since his second year.
He has played for the Japan national team on various youth levels, and he played as a captain in the AFC U-19 Championship 2014.
He was selected for Japan Senior National Team for the first time in May 2017 and constantly playing for the Japan squads since then.
