INTRODUTION
Kazuki Nagasawa is a versatile midfielder who has excellent ball keeping and brilliant pass-and-move skill.
Also he can make a contribution to a team in many ways including scoring goals with excellent finishing skill and creating goal scoring opportunities by delivering great passes and with great dribbling technique.
He played for Senshu University after graduating from Yachiyo high school.
He won the All Japan University Championship when he was 2nd grade and won three consecutive university league titles from 2nd to 4th grade.
After graduating from the university, he signed with 1.FC Köln in Dec. 2013 and he made 10 appearances and 1 assist in his first season contributing to the club getting promoted to the first devision.
In 2016, he was on loan to JEF UNITED CHIBA after moving to URAWA REDS from 1.FC Köln to get more game time.
He returned to URAWA REDS in the following year and won AFC Champions League title in 2017 and Emperor's Cup in 2018.
He was also selected for Japan National team and made his debut in 2018 against Belgium.
Since 2021, he has been playing in his new home, Nagoya Grampus.
