INTRODUTION
In 2009, Toshiyuki Takagi made his debut as J.League Division 2 when he was still in TOKYO VERDY Youth.
He was promoted to the top team in Feburary 2010.
He is a great attacker who challenges one-on-one aggressively and can play as a forward or an attacking midfielder.
When high school 2nd grade, he went to Sevilla FC (Spain) and FSV Mainz05 (Germany) for the short period of training.
He made a contribution to TOKYO VERDY as a key player by his speedy dribbling and finishing skill in his rookie year 2010.
In 2011, he moved to SHIMIZU S-PULSE that had a high opinion about his attacking and finishing skills and achieved success in his first year at the club.
He moved to URAWA REDS in Jan. 2015 and won AFC Champions League in 2017 season.
In 2018 he moved to CEREZO OSAKA, and contributed to the club winning FUJI XEROX SUPER CUP title by scoring a goal.
In 2022, he joined JEF United Chiba, where he is playing an active role.
